We have had our Lennox heat/air units installed and serviced by Solace, and we have always had great service. Even when there were issues that needed a repeat visit, it's always done with a good attitude and a desire to make things right. Tyler installed the products we bought today, and he and Jose worked hard to get it done. They are coming back to take care of one small thing and I know it will be done correctly. Great company and great people, I highly recommend them!

Jacob and Jesus were timely, kept me informed during the entire process, were respectful towards me and my home. Jacob was knowledgeable and competent in replacing my heater in attic and ac outside. Estimate was delivered by a knowledgeable technician with several years in the industry and someone who listened to my questions and answered all questions. Day 1 of new system but a stellar company to work with, backed by Costco, great team.
Each visit was great. All the guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I so appreciate the small company family own service and highly recommend them for anyone who needs assistance with their HVAC unit.
Most professional company I have ever had. Jacob B went above any beyond to make sure our return vent was installed correctly. From sales to technicians . Everyone was professional- honestly . Even got a text from the company saying they left for lunch and would be back . It’s a nice touch sending a photo of who is coming to our house before they enter . Very professional business all around . Recommend
