I would definitely recommend Solace Heating & Air. Technician Hose Acevedo came out on 9/16/25 did accessment our unit. He gave us a detailed explanation of parts and repairs needed for our AC unit. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering all our questions. My husband asked that they come back on 9/18/25 to repair it. Adam Fleming returned on 9/18/25 as scheduled. Our second floor AC unit went out and Solace was quick to respond had excellent pricing choices and next day delivery. Solace is locally owned and the sales rep was very low-pressure and professional with 30 years of service. It’s our second system to purchase from Solace and we are happy with their products and installation service.
