I'm so grateful for Zoe and everything I've learned from her. The program has genuinely changed the way I think and how I navigate the world. Because of Zoe's gentle guidance and the way she explains things, I now feel more steady, grounded, and in control. This program has helped me to see situations for what they truly are, and now I feel better equipped to handle whatever that life throws at me.

My experience with Dharma has been so positive that I cannot begin to explain it. It enabled me to see things transparently, as well as from several different perspectives. This allowed me to understand and deal with the complexities of how I view things, and stay focused on being whole and present; while respecting others and being able to always pivot to being present and tru to myself. Highly highly highly recommend! I had an incredible experience working with Zoe and am so sad my time has come to an end. I’m so grateful to her and to this program for giving me the tools I needed to enhance the confidence skills I had all along. I recently completed program with Dharma Life, and to put it simply: I feel lighter, I feel keenly in-tune with myself, the experiences I have, and how I process them. Life is hard, change is even harder, and to navigate it all, I firmly believe that many of us (all of us?) could benefit from some kind of guidance, coaching, or mentorship. My experience with Dharma was great. I had Zoe as my therapist and she was amazing! Helped me beyond words and also helped me see and realize some things I didn't even know were issues or triggers for me. I would highly recommend their services. I will miss our weekly chats.
