The Dharma Center is a wonderful find in San Diego for meditation, Buddhism and beautiful insights. While living in San Diego I went to the Dharma Center and Turiya's meditations a number of times. The meditations were still and enlivening. Turiya has some very powerful insights and has written some books that are must reads - Worlds of Power, Worlds of Light and Peace with Pain. Her teaching style is down to earth and yet profound and filled with a ton of light and humor. The Dharma Center is a gem of a find!
