Dhanwant helped us buy our first home and was very patient in explaining the process to us before getting started. He set up an app that would send us listings and notify him which houses we wanted to view. His communication was excellent and he organized viewings, signings, and appointments with lawyers, contractors, and the seller efficiently which alleviated some stress for us. Overall his very evident expertise made our experience less stressful and I would recommend my friends and family to him!
We have been dealing with Dhanwant since 2015. He found a house in Calgary for us and sold our house in Chestermere. Last month, he helped our daughter buying her first house..
