Let's start off by saying this office is amazing. The atmosphere does not feel like some of the chiropractic offices I've been to. Every time I come in the staff are all welcoming and friendly. They do their best to accommodate my crazy schedule. They are located right of the freeway so it's very convenient for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and the Milpitas Spine Center.

I have been to a lot of chiropractors over the years as a result of having recurring neck and spine problems due to bad posture, bad genetics, and heavy lifting. I have to say that Dr. Patel is one of the best practitioners I have found. He's like a chiropractor and a sports therapist rolled into one. He does a lot of deep tissue manipulations that work wonders to ease the muscle tension that's usually pulling my joints out of alignment. He's a real master at this, and he's so nice too! Very poor customer focus. Front desk Changed my appointment time without speaking to me and was scolded to come in at my originally scheduled time. Front desk had scheduled time for me and my wife, but at checkin they told me that only one appointment today in an angry tone. Doctor also very unprofessional. Dr. Told that charge extra $$s in top of copay, in paper they wrote 20 visits allowed, but verbally told only 5 allowed as per insurance. It is very poorly run practice. Stay away from them.
