Dr. Sant is fair when it comes to parental choice of pediatric care.
Our sons have been going to Whole Kids since the very beginning of the practice. We loved Dr. Sant and the integrative approach and over the years, we recommended the practice to many people. When Dr. Sant instituted the annual fee, I was upset. Healthcare is already expensive and with two older kids, it didn't make sense that we should be paying the same amount as a family with a little baby that goes to the doctor every month. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. While they were what I was looking for in the beginning as far as holistic wellness goes, there have been too many frustrations pertaining to optimal care and communication. Unidentified ear infections/recommending oils when she needed an antibiotic (needed ear tubes but was told nothing was wrong), anemia results were only communicated via the portal, no call; scheduling anything is a JOKE.
