Very concerning experience. This office submitted a request to my mother’s dental insurance even though we haven’t been there in years and did not authorize anything. When I called to ask why, the receptionist hung up. My parents have gone here for years because the staff speaks Bangla, but I’ve urged them to switch for an over a decade.
