The hair is of good quality. However, I was cheated on the last and most expensive bundle I purchased. When the bundle is folded in half, the track width should be about the same, even if the length is not. And my 24” Bermese is short about 1.5- 2ft (because it’s folded in half). This is not good business.

I have been a long-time customer of DHairBoutique and have always appreciated the quality of their products. However, I am very disappointed with my most recent experience. UPS returned my package due to an error on their end. When I contacted DHairBoutique’s customer service to explain the situation, I was told that I would be responsible for paying to have the package reshipped. I paid close to $700 for 3 bundles of 22" and the hair perfume. This is unfortunately the worst hair that I've paid for. The quality is terrible because it sheds so much, is thin and gets matted quickly. Additionally, I paid to get it dyed and installed by a professional stylist in Dallas, and took the hair out within 2 weeks because it looked straggly (photo attached).
