Ordered hair and was sent tracking info. Ups site said label created but package not received. I get an email that it was shipped from DHB. I get one delivery date, then a rescheduled one. Then it went to pending. UPS confirmed they still had not received the hair. I reached out to out to DHB. They first state it was shipped. I told them what UPS confirmed. They had a sale online and I was nearly right there however, they would not allow me to pick up the hair at the actual location; I see why. They promised me HD (as the online photo said) but sent me a CHEAPLY made transparent frontal. The hair is just as bad. THE GOOD LORD will fix them for me and the rest of you. Trust me on this. THEY HAD TO SELL THE OF FATHER'S DAY AND THEY SAID THAT I WAS PURCHASING HD ON THEIR SITE AND ALTHOUGH IT WAS ON SALE THEY DID NOT SEND ME HD THEY SENT ME TRANSPARENT AND I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR THIS I WAS LOOKING FOR AN UPGRADE.
