DHA provides great service to its clients
I would first like to say that this is most incompetent housing authority out there I have been contacting workers and leaving call backs for over a month and to no avail have yet to still receive a response. You go into the office and no one seems very helpful in person they give you the run around ask you to use the BOB.ai website and that isn't very helpful because you are dealing with a bot and it does not streamline to any actual workers they don't call back or send emails. Dallas Housing Authority has the worst customer service the worst response time the worst communication and the Worst Acceptance over all housing Agencies I’ve been trying to relocate for 7yrs and still haven’t been successful it’s always an issue as to why I can’t Relocate and a lot of places won’t except Dallas Housing Authority sec8 Vouchers!!
They sorry the don’t pick up the phone or call or email back at all even when you go up there there’s no supervisor or case worker there at all smh
