HORRIBLE experience every single time! Their BOB app is NOT helpful. We have no idea who the caseworker is and there is no way to contact them directly. You create a help ticket for no reason since no ever answer. The call center answers, takes a message and that’s about it.
Poor communication and they dont care about their community or people. I speak up for women with kids . Who been ok n the waiting list for years
Been on the waitlist 8 long years finally got selected for a place my lease is ending in a few months & they can't even give me a time fame of when a unit will be available why even pick people off the waiting list when you guys don't have things in order. This is our livelihood y'all are playing with
I’ve probably been on the wait list for at least 10 long yrs. It took almost two yrs for my info to get updated. It’s still not correctly updated. I’ve watched someone from out of state. Come to Dallas and reapply to get on the wait list to come up in two months. Mind you I’m removed and re-applying every 12 to 14 months to get back on the wait list. I just think it’s crazy for a resident of Dallas to have to wait years to be selected.
