I have been on the waitlist since 2017. Somehow when I went to check, I got booted off the wait list. No notification no email no mail. Reapplied in 2019 still on the waiting list my goodness but I see other people on these reviews a month ago couple months ago seven months ago.. like, how is this even allowed like do we have to hire attorneys? These people are so incompetent when it comes to their online portal. I receive an email every month regarding being purged from the waiting list when it's supposed to be every 18 months. Plus, in my opinion, I think that the government should audit some of these DHA ran properties, along with a thorough inspection because some of these properties have been neglected. I can say that they don't take care of these properties, along with the tenants being destructive and filthy. Am I the only one being skipped for routine safet... read more

Ive been treated differently and denied services by a state, local government, dallas public housing agency, and other organization that may receive money from HUD. I only received one notice and that was an termination letter from the housing choice program. No recertification in sight. the first year was fine then year after year it got worse and worse. The caseworker wont answer communication, missing documents,wrong dates, now lost voucher. Im Sick and disabled i ain't got time for this.
