The Gridiron Grotto home was beautiful! We had 3 families stay there and there was plenty of space and the amenities were perfect. Thank you to all involved for making the stay "homey" and comfortable.
Brooke was so easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. This home was perfect for Notre Dame graduation weekend—spacious, beautifully decorated, and great for hosting. We were kindly allowed to host a graduation party, and the whole-house sound system made it easy to create a fun and celebratory atmosphere. This is a fantastic company. Brooke is running the show. She is attentive, smart, experienced, and a wonderful person. She tries harder than anybody else I’ve ever met to rent your place out or rent something to you.. we need more people in this world like Brooke! She also answers her phone day and night. All her staff is honest and trustworthy and experienced.. You’re in good hands.
Very unprofessional. To even view a unit for rent you have to apply, which is not free. Then, if they accept your application they ghost you afterwards and then the unit is taken off of the market. This has happened to me twice now. It's very easy to respond to someone and inform them of what is going on, that you decided to rent the unit to someone else or whatever it is that happened. D and H has been great from day one! Brooke is very helpful and courteous and has an amazing and quick response time! I’ve rented before and had awful property management but I can honestly say that D & H Residential has been one of the best property management companies I’ve worked with. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to rent in the St Joe County area!
