They never check there emails I have sent three messages asking them to fix the install they did at our business I have one door left of three the two new openers they put in are not working DH PACE GETS AN F in customer service. and they just don't seem to care we will not be a return customer.
We were very pleased with Jerry as he removed our old garage door & installed the new one. He worked very diligently & went above & beyond to get our door installed properly and in a timely manner. We hope that when the damage #2 section is received at your office, that Jerry will be the one to install it. He was greatly appreciated & feel he is a valuable employee for you. Have a great day.
