At this point, this will be the last purchase they get from our company! Has been 14 weeks from date of order and still have only received 1 of the double doors and it came and the glass is not even installed in the frame! I have never ordered doors that had to be assembled. I guess that is to make you have to pay the other $4500.00 for them to do it! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!! They aren't even worthy of this 1 star!
During a recent cold snap our garage door decided not to work and Kenny Morales promptly came to our home, fixed everything up, and even tuned up the garage door opener for the other bay. If Kenny's service quality is any indicator of how DH Pace conducts business, can't say enough good things about them.
I ordered a door and had it installed maybe 6 months ago. For some unknown reason, the keypad could not be programmed. We had a couple of appointments, trying different keypads. Finally, Jim came to try to program and install it. He was told it wasn't compatible. Jim ordered the keypad that I needed and came by at 6:45 am to program and install it. Like many others on here, Miles was my tech. After jacking up my door, Miles laughing at me for a sec (I deserved it), he came in and got my door closed until I could decide what to do. He also gave me recommendations on how to fix my frame without calling a contractor, and showed me how to lubricate the other garage door. Dude is a garage door expert, and you won't go wrong calling him.
Miles was awesome as I was in car jail due to a broken spring. He was very cordial and did a great job and I would have him come and replace or fix something on the garage door again. He deserves a raise.!!!
