Too bad the previous reviewer didn't inspect our home in Clear View Estates. Seems like they learned some things after this build but I also haven't had 1st year repair items fully addressed... and I purchased in 2021. Can't get ahold of my contact there and not sure where necessarily to turn so I definitely cannot state that I would suggest their home.
I performed a pre-drywall inspection on a house for my client that is being built by dh homes and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. There were a lot less deficiencies than what I typically find with other builders including some of the National builders. I have been inspecting houses for over 6 years and have looked at thousands of houses at this point. Keep up the good work dh homes!
I recently performed an inspection on one of the new DH Homes in Conroe for a client of mine and was pleasantly surprised to find a well built quality home. I have inspected homes from most of the home builders in the Houston area and found this home to be one of the best to date. The supervisor was very friendly, responsive and he was actually excited to have me on site checking his work.
