We are first time home buyers and so far the best decision we have made was working with Dave! We arrived early and he was already there. As soon as we arrived he introduced himself and explained how the process would go. He then began pointing out things on the house that were both good and may need to be addressed. DH Inspections is very reasonable priced and Dave was very professional and friendly, he took the time to explain everything to me as a first time home buyer. This guy really knows his stuff! 100% recommend!

Best I have ever meet. I have been in hundreds of home in my life and he pointed out things I have never even thought of. A+ in my book.
DH Home Inspection was amazing! We are first time home buyers and Dave was very informative, willing to answer any and all questions we asked, and was extremely thorough in the entire inspection process. Not only did he inspect the home, but taught us a lot of valuable information as well! If you are looking for an inspector, Dave is the guy for you!
