We were referred to Dan by my parents. They liked his work and his very detailed inspection reports. We gave him a call and he was able to come out within the time frame we needed. I liked that he took his time and was very knowledgeable with any questions we had. He will be our go to guy for any future properties we purchase. Great service and very affordable.

Dan is an extremely qualified inspector who was very helpful and informative during our home buying experience. His construction background is evident in his reports and he focuses on real problems while explaining what's serious and what's not. I just had Dan come out for an inspection for your first home. I was amazed at how knowledgeable, personable, and informative he was. He took the time to explain everything that he was looking for. If he found something that wasn't correct he would explain why it needed to be fixed. He was extremely thorough and took his time. I feel he is really looking out for the buyer and wants to make sure they get a good home. I will most definitely recommend Dan to anyone who is looking for an inspector or contractor.
