Really terrible property management company, completely unresponsive to residents, so unprofessional they do not return a phone call, reply to a text or email, but of course they managed to charge lots of money DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY! They are irresponsible.
Horrible service. No response to both email and telephone requests that have been made for years. Simple things like trimming trees around the playground go ignored. Some branches are inches from the ground, yet nothing gets done. But don't let anything go wrong with your property. They are quick to send threatening letters, many times over things not clearly defined within the bylaws, but clearly subjective. Absolute crap company, just like the company they merged with.
