We had our AC unit die on us on a Friday, and D&H got it turned around quickly! Our unit was 24, almost 25 years old, and by Monday, they were already performing the installation of a new system. It was delayed due to some house issues, but this was not the fault of D&H. I'd like to shoutout Luis, who was the initial tech who assessed the unit and explained everything to me in detail, while answering my multitude of questions. Macias was very polite and performed his assessment thoroughly, with no wasted time. He was dressed professionally and maintained a competent, pleasant work attitude throughout his visit. He explained his findings briefly and told me he would email his complete assessment, along with pictures, today. I was impressed with his work ethic, and with his whole visit. Satisfied with D&H. I had a yearly service call to get my system checked for summer. James came out and did a tremendous job. As part of his assessment, he noticed dirty blades on my fan. The location of my unit is in attic. After first cleaning of fans and returning to attic he noticed more dirt. So, he came back down with unit to clean.
