Did exactly what I needed with good communication and good price.
Got a quote in August. He came and did half the job, and it is now five months later and he still hasn't finished. The half job was done well, and he returned my call promptly, returns messages well, just didn't finish the job after repeatedly saying so. Edit: He came and finished the job, and the tree had started rotting and water-logging, so he lost control and dropped the tree on the fence, breaking it. Said he would send someone out to fix the fence, and it has been three weeks and it is still broken.
