To say the attention to detail, customer service and responsiveness to issues with our house is below par would be an understatement for a brand new house that costs a million dollars plus. The first issue we had was the drain in the master shower not being hooked up properly, causing water damage to the drywall on the first floor, during the first shower in our house.
