I tried to ask if they were a new business and the receptionist tried to just give me an email and was super rude and said to send my info to her if I have questions. I also was on hold for 3 minutes before I even got to talk to anyone. She then hung up on me. I will not be using their services because they have such an attitude in the first couple minutes of talking to a customer. Would not recommend

Jean, the owner, visited us within a few hours of our call to inspect our malfunctioning AC unit that had been in trouble for a few days. He discovered that our refrigerant gas level was significantly lower than the recommended amount. He had the necessary gas with him so he was able to make the repair on the same day and our unit seems to pushing colder air already.

DGL installed our first unit 17 years ago and we used them for all repairs and maintenance. Just had to replace the unit due to age. DGL is the best HVAC company out there!

I can’t recommend Gene and the team at DGL Air Conditioning & Heating highly enough! From the very beginning, Gene was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.
