I bought a groupon for a furnace/AC inspection. After over a month of calling and emailing many many many times I finally got a response. The response was... we can't book you for 2 months... my furnace/AC needs servicing now! There was no apology for the lengthy ignoring of dozens of calls/emails or willingness to work with customers. Terrible customer service... nothing like I've ever experience (and I'm older). Don't waste any time dealing with these rude people!!!
BRUTLE. Never returned any of my phone calls or emails. It took me contacting Groupon and complaining before he would even reply to my email. Finally made an appointment and confirmed the date and time, and he never showed up. I received an email 3 hours after he was supposed to show saying he likely wasn't going to make it. I tried to reschedule and he NEVER returned my emails. COMPLETELY unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time or money. Showed up on time and was very professional. Used a Groupon to have our furnace serviced. Would definitely use him again for any issues that may arise
