DG Service installed the heat and AC in my new construction home two years ago. I am now selling and the heat failed the home inspection. I called to have them repair it. I was told “we no longer work with Long Built”, a fact that’s completely irrelevant as it is not a warranty issue. This business certainly does not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them at all as apparently it’s only convenient for them to travel outside their immediate area to improperly install new equipment not to service it.
