Came here for a balayage a while ago w Denise. The bleach was left too long in my hair and while they were brushing the teasing they do to create the balayage, chunks of my hair were falling off. Spent over 250 and my hair still looked brown all over. There was no ombre.
I had such high expectations for this place, especially with going to high school with some of them and hearing about them being the best for prom hair, coloring hair and so on. I tried getting extensions done, had the consult and made appointment for installation. This would’ve been my first time getting extensions.
