It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Derick. I ordered my snuffer one day and it was delivered the next. Presentation of the product is delightful including a lovely little satchel you could repurpose for, say, your ship's papers? Derick was great took extra time to explain everything and even took us out on the water to make sure the rigging was ok and demonstrated how it all worked which was great considering I’ve never sailed in my life
