customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with (will not return e-mails, will not answer the phone, the 800 number goes to some other business) If you wanted to return a product you would be hosed, and all I was trying to do is purchase a silencer to ad to my pipe.

Great service & a kind atmosphere from sales reps.
I’ve left multiple messages, tried multiple extensions to reach someone, I tried messaging on Facebook. Is this place even still in business? I’m disappointed. Even if they did return my call, the now glaring lack of responsiveness has me scared to order from them.
DG is the only company to continue to manufacture the exaust for my machine!! I just received the package from them, and it's waiting for me to open! Can't wait!
