Installed their system and have requested multiple times they send someone to help make it work correctly. I have lights that blink red and green while all others stay white. They have said they would send some one but never do and now will not return emails
Buyer beware: This company essentially "ghosted" me. We purchased some fixtures for a project that took MONTHS AND MONTHS to ship, and it was only a partial shipment at that. The customer needed to order a few more so we ordered and, again, paid upfront by CC. That was a year ago next month and, after several times reaching out for an update for shipment, I never heard from the customer sales rep I was dealing again. Do not do business with DG Lights.
They don't take their security seriously and their emails are flooding many people with spam. Maybe invest in a proper IT department!
