I was so excited to see the new D+G palette in person but when I went to look and swatch it, the associate very rudely asked in a condescending tone “if she could help me.” She looked at me as if I was a peasant not worthy to be there. There was no signage to not touch the makeup and I had assumed it was like a normal makeup pop up shop. I had been welcomed in by another associate. Bad customer experience and product was sub par compared to Charlotte or Natasha products.

On the website it’s say accept walk in’s but it’s not true I came here hoping to get my brows done sat out there for a hour for her to tell me that she only do appointments…poor customer service you could had least try to fit me in your schedule due to the fact your website say walk in accept waste my time

Very professional, friendly, clean, and a very positive environment. The perfect brows do exist, you just got to go and check this awesome ladies out.
