Worse place I have ever done Business with. Kelly does nothing but talk down to you like you are worthless and disrespectful to you. I was so happy to make my last payment with them just so I didn’t have to deal with her anymore. I would never recommend this place and I hope you find a better company to get a loan from.

This makes the second vehicle we've paid off with Dealer Finance and still have our 19 Expedition left to pay off and we are pleased with their receptionist. They where polite and very professional. Only con is that they don't give change soale sure you have the correct amount.
Worst place ever. There employees are rude and insensitive. Doesn’t want to work with you and also calls and threats to repo your vehicle leaving nasty voicemails. I currently refinance my vehicle with a different loan company and love them they work with you and don’t try and repossess your vehicle. I’m glad to be done with these idiots.
I wouldn't not recommend DFW what so ever they are very rude and dont care if you have a job or not tell you its not there problem. They dont wanna work with you on anything what so ever they tell you to they can find a different way from they to take your vehicle back. I can not wait to be done with them and I will never and I mean never use them again
