They financed my vehicle when no one else would. Now I have not had the car very long (less than a year now) but I have had some times where I was behind or late and they were all very empathetic and worked with me. I have no complaints so far
I really had hoped all the bad reviews weren't true. I don't understand receiving a letter that says they will make arrangements with you, but to call and have no arrangements made. The person we spoke to may not remember who we are or our conversation, to them we are nothing more than a business transaction, but I will remember that in my time of grieving my sister, they couldn't even be bothered with making an arrangement. So I give this place a 1 star cause they ruined my credit for their own website not prompting me to pay the last two payments on my car together....I had the money...not a problem...and i paid them....but they put a 30 day late on my credit for their own issues with their site and when I called them they told me they would take the delinquency off my credit(because i had never been late before) but they never did...I called them 3 times...and gonna call again...I would give them 0 stars if I could...just because they dropped... read more
Overall they are great! Sarah on the other hand is rude and nasty. She seems like she is so perfect and doesn't care about others. She is nasty in her comments she makes and has no compassion towards others.
*****veterans do not do buisness with this company they are on the black list *****This company is the most disrespectful out of bounds company I have ever worked with do not do business with them they will send threatening letters and call you literaly yelling at you over a payment that was short I am so glad
