Unprofessional. They don’t pick up phones and operate on their own time. I went to pick up some samples for my mother who is a patient of theirs, she called before hand to ensure they still had some and ask about closing time. She was passed around by the rude receptionist who picked up, and the nurse line failed to answer. So after multiple attempts over the phone she managed to get a nurse on the line who informed they close at 5 PM and was going to advise front desk that a family member is coming to pick them up.
