My tub was cracked and I was planning to replace it but when I heard about DFW tubs I’m glad I didn’t buy a new one because Kastro made it better than new and saved me a lot of money. Thank you DFW Tubs!
I both called and texted for a quote and no one even bothered to respond. In my opinion, if business's are like this when you try to give them money, imagine what it would be like to get them to fix anything if the refinishing ever failed. Stay away.
While they did make the tub white again there were particles left in the tub that were sprayed in. When contacting them I was told they would go away. They are to painful to step on. The overspray on our new toilet and the walls were ridiculous.i was told to use paint thinner. There are runs. When I called they said send a message. I have heard nothing as of today, I would not recommend this company and will be reporting to Better Business Bureau...
My tub cracked and the response when asking assistant was so quick. The quality of repairs was amazing. The tub look like new. Very professional and tidy. Everything was done in a timely matter and very satisfied with the price as well. I highly recommend them!
