Took longer than expected for all the work, post strut replacement alignment/balancing is off. New brakes and pads seem mushy but that could be stock brake booster.

Always a pleasure dealing with this shop. They are fast and professional and don’t overcharge or suggest any unnecessary services or repairs.
Summary: I appreciate the thorough, multi point inspection this shop does to identify issues. They found a key suspension issue early. However, they outright failed to follow easy diagnostic instructions on an obvious brake booster issue, and instead replaced my old brakes with new, defective ones I had to get replaced elsewhere.
