Great place with great customer service.
The worst experience, a) they require 100% payment upfront- now we know why. Workers removed our entire sink and replaced with a new one without a drain kit, throwing the old sink away. Why wouldn’t they recognize this and remove the drain kit (or ordered one) from the old and attach to the new?! Now we have an inoperable sink and have to buy drain parts. They tore up the wall on install and barely patched creating more work/jobs for us. They did the bare minimum and hounded for final payment when we provided pictures of an ... read more

As an industry professional, I urge anyone considering DFW Stone Works to avoid them at all costs!! My experience with this company was riddled with delays, unprofessionalism, and a shocking lack of expertise. They came to our project with almost no understanding of what quality countertop work entails, bringing in workers who clearly lacked the necessary skills.
