I chose this company mainly because they didn’t pressure me during the decision-making process. They gave me time to compare options and answered all my questions patiently. What impressed me most was the level of clarity they provided. I never felt confused at any stage because they explained everything step by step. Installation was completed within the expected timeframe, although one day was delayed due to rain. The team kept me updated, which I appreciated. After installation, they also showed me how to use the monitoring system. It’s been a few months now, and I’ve noticed a gradual reduction in my electricity costs, especially during sunny days.
We had panels installed by another group. When something went wrong I tried to call them but they had gone out of business. So I called around the DFW area to see if I could get some help Donald and Brett came out with their crew and fixed the panels. They also took the time to explain what happened and how they fixed it.
