I recently had a new home inspected by Brandon at DFW ProSpecs LLC and I was thrilled with the services provided. Brandon was able to get the inspection done soon after I requested the inspection and Brandon produced a very thorough and detailed report on my new home and all items the builder needed to address before closing. I highly recommend DFW ProSpecs for any home inspection you may need done!
I did not receive any services from Brandon, but called him for a quote to complete a job that a different company did not complete. I explained to him my situation, and he spent time giving me his professional advice on how to handle the other company. I did exactly as he advised and the company agreed to come back and re-do their work. Brandon is thorough, provides a detailed write up and respectful towards us and the property. I would hire Brandon again if required.
It was great working with Brandon! Our offer was accepted and the next day Brandon was there for our inspection. His assessment was thorough and helped guide us on any necessary repairs the owner needed to make. We'll work with Brandon again in the future for home inspections.
