The team especially Brittany keeps me up to date and deals with issues immediately and professionally. As a long distant investor having property management on the ball is key and reassuring.
We’ve had our condo under Brittany and Mr. Sabino’s management for the last 3 years or so. The service has been so smooth and reliable that it doesn’t feel like 3 years, and I can recall a few times when the tenants needed immediate response - like an active wasp nest on balcony, or water leaks from the ceiling - that Brittany was able to respond right away, and coordinated between the tenants, insurance agents, repair crew, and myself.
