Never fix anything in a timely manner, nor do they fix it correctly.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not rent with this property management company. They are unprofessional and rude. They charge high rent but don’t answer phones or respond to maintenance request. They are cheap when it comes to repairs and don’t take care of their houses and do not prioritize their tenants even when they follow all the rules and pay rent on time every month.
