DFW Premium Shutters provided reasonably priced, high quality shutters for my home and were quick to address issues. Upon installation of my shutters, there were a few spots where paint had dripped or the coating was uneven. They were very professional about fixing the issues, even going above and beyond by fully repainting the shutters. They showed up on time, were polite and responsive to my concerns when minor issues arose.
This is the second house we have had DFW Shutters install Plantation Shutters in! We wouldn’t use anyone else!! Great customer service, prompt response time, fair pricing!!!
DFW Premium Shutters quickly came out to our home and had a quote to us same day. Reasonably priced and had the custom shutters ready in about 6 weeks and installed on the promised date. Left no mess and were very easy to contact if needed! Definitely recommend!
We had shutters installed last week. Absolutely gorgeous. They build them in Krum, Tx and I got to tour the factory. Pleasant experience. Would definately recommend. Price was great!
had an appointment scheduled and they called to cancelled the day before and stated they would call back to rescheduled. Never received a call back- not sure about the quality of their work but their customer service isn't where it needs to be. also posted on Facebook regarding this matter and my post was deleted.
