Wonderful experience! The entire staff from checking in at the front desk, down to Dr.Castillo taking time out of his day to check in on me.10/10. Everyone was so sweet and nice and overly accommodating (in a good way)
I was referred to DFW Oral Surgeons from my dentist to discuss a possible implant. From the time of setting up an initial examination appointment through the implant procedure, everything was better and smoother than I expected. The office support staff, medical support staff and Dr. Castillo (surgeon) were all excellent. Any question that I had was answered which shows me that everyone is well trained in their area. Amazing all around!!! My dad has been lucky enough to see them three times in the past year and every visit has been consistently efficient and wonderful. John Schillingburg is an all time great, kind and extraordinary. All of the staff are helpful and patient. Reception is always bright and resourceful. No weak links or notes.
