Loved Dr. Franco. Had a messed up wisdom tooth that was giving me a lot of pain. They got me in same day. Dr. Franco made the whole visit very comfortable, including the extraction. Great guy. Happy I came here!
I got double jaw surgery here over a year ago and it has becoming my bigger regret. Immediately after surgery and the following months I had a big protruding piece of hardware that I can feel every time I touch my face and that you can physically see. I was reassured this is normal as one side needed more movement than the other. Fast forward a year later that side of my face is extremely droopy, my smile is gummy and crooked. Dr. Franco and his staff are amazing!!! My son had a random tooth infection that happened so quickly and it was really painful for him. I tried to find a doctor, but I couldn't find one who was able and willing to help him. Dr. Franco was the one that said he would do the surgery and remove the tooth. He was really understanding and so kind. He answered all my questions and was really patient with me. Thank you so much Dr. Franco and your staff!! My son is doing great now!!
I called and spoke with Dr. Ahmed Zaidi’s office today, and I wanted to share some feedback about the phone interaction. The person who answered did not seem very courteous, and it felt as though my questions about a major surgery were an inconvenience to her. I understand everyone has busy or difficult days, and I truly hope things improve for her, but the tone came across as dismissive and unwelcoming.
