I am extremely disappointed in the way Angela conducts her business. She was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of communication skills. There was a simple miscommunication about the date of my laser appointment, and instead of helping me get rescheduled for a day she was available, she repeatedly told me to “go back and look at the confirmation text.” She made no effort to assist or offer solutions. DFW Laser Aesthetics is an excellent place for Skinpen Microneedling treatments. The provider is very knowledgeable, has much experience, and is very efficient in the operations of her practice. The procedure was very effective.

Bought this off of Groupon and it was dang near impossible to get ahold of anyone and then was told I couldn't be helped with the service I bought, I was to contact Groupon for my money back and she hung up the phone. Now it is near impossible to get my money back from Groupon. Save yourself the trouble and call before you purchase from this medspa. I bought the IPL photo facial and I've had them done before.

I went here for a microneedling session which lasted about 5 mins. It was very rushed and I feel like she didn’t even get the whole face. She said she was really good and could do it fast but most articles online say it should take 20-30 mins. I also got Botox for a brow lift and forehead lines and none of the Botox took. She simply said she couldn’t control how my body reacts which I’ve had Botox probably 20 times and this has never been an issue.
