**Avoid these people at all cost@ the buyer which is related to DFW Investors- A full complaint has now been filed with TREC, VA legal counsel Jennifer Homes (Jennifer Herriage) they charged for taxes out of our funds, knowing good and well that 100% disabled vet does not pay taxes, we have had to resort to legal counsel, as Jennifer will not respond or acknowledge she is wrong and should not keep our money. I am currently selling my home to this group! I talked to many many investors on the phone, Shelby and Randy came to my home, and instantly I could tell they were sincere and down to earth and I decided to go with them, and stop all phone calls with other investors, so far everything has gone well! They feel like family! A true blessing.. 2 months afterwards. DFW Investors was professional, responsive, and in contact with me as quickly as possible when I had any questions and/or concerns to discuss with them. Shelby and her staff were prompt in returning calls and providing info requested in a timely manner. The process went smoothly and they knew their stuff. Highly recommend them, start to finish!
