Richard was a delight to work with! From the first conversation I had with him I felt like he was capable knowledgeable and really cared. He took the time to listen to my needs scheduling was easy. His Technician Danny arrived on time And did exactly what he said he would do. Would not hesitate to work with Richard again in the future! Great experience.
Richard the owner / manager worked with not only my hot tub electrical hook up but when I asked if he was able to provide other services he was easy to work with, worked on my time line and completed all the other opportunities and services I was seeking. Richard's crew (Izzy and Roger) did an amazing job installing the electrical for our new hot tub today! They were flexible and were excellent at communicating with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond to hide the electrical cord and even cleaned everything back up!! Highly recommend them!
Richard and his team did not skip a beat. I called DFW Hot Tub Services on a Saturday and my Monday his team was at my house for a consultation. I was worried about how the electrical work was going to come out for my cold plunge considering I live in a town home and the wire was going to be run from my attic. However, DFW Hot Tub exceeded my expectations!
Richard and his crew helped us move our sauna to our new place and they did an amazing job. Great communication, on time and overall great customer service.
