Horrible customer service. Lin is extremely rude and refuses to give me a copy of my credit report after paying $110 for my application fees. I believe they are scammers. Yes I did get denied for the property I applied for, but with little to no explanation just an email stating collections. Clearly they do not have good ratings so here is another one. Work on customer service and being a kinder human. Thanks but no thanks.
Scammers 100%. Went to check out a house property in plano, no show up, no phone calls back, voice mail full. only found out a year later they cashed in my application. Waste of time. Do not give them any application or money.
Scheduled a viewing for a property and drove over an hour for their agent Lin to no show us, ignore our text and calls for 20 minutes and call us back 30 minutes past the showing time asking if we wanted to come back to see it. The condition of the outside of the house was very poor
Please do not work with any of these realtors. They are scammers. They will scam you out of your application fees , I didn’t even get to summit my application because The house was already took, So the realtor kept my application fee and tried to put me in another house, but all of those houses was not even in my budget. And when I found a new home with another realtor that works with them, she did not want to refund me my application fee to give to the other realtor.
I am owed a commission that DFW Home is not paying. The agent nor broker are responding to texts, emails or calls. I am not sure how they continue to be in business operating this way. I will remove this review once they do the right thing and pay my Brokerage our earned commission.
