I am owed a commission that DFW Home is not paying. The agent nor broker are responding to texts, emails or calls. I am not sure how they continue to be in business operating this way. I will remove this review once they do the right thing and pay my Brokerage our earned commission.
Absolutely terrible, full of scammers. These people do not answer the phone. They literally scammed me and my fiancé out of $100 application fees. They clearly do this all the time looking at the reviews. Report them to BBB AND TREC. Do not give these people any money.
Worst. estate. ever.
Realtor Lin Xu assured us that all we needed to rent this home was over $10k monthly income which we had and 600+ credit scores. Both my wife and I had scores of over 630 but when they did the check and saw a collection item on one of our reports, we were told that because of this we would not be approved. Cheated us out of $120 in application fees. Horrible service!
Do not work with Michelle Liang! She was our property manager and assured us that she took pictures of all the wear and tear the house we rented had. She made us trust her and now when it comes to getting our security deposit she has changed drastically! Such a snake! They are trying to find everything to have me pay for old carpet!! This house was old and out dated..they will scam you! Beware!
