MIXED BAG OF PROS AND CONS— Paulette has been outstanding from the very beginning with assisting me with the ins and outs of the Home Care industry, as well as being a great listener . Christy , the Director so far has been patient and has also been a good listener. When choosing a home health care company for yourself, or a loved one’s therapy, do yourself a HUGE favor, and pick another company. They discharged my mom without any notification, and some of the “therapists” were very unprofessional, in my opinion. As I said…choose another company.

With this company for close to two years. I was discharged without anyone from the office calling me . There is rumor that some complaint was filed against but no one in management called to ask me about it. A nurse was sent to my home to discharge me and was unclear of the reason behind it. This company needs to work on their Communication skills. They can not keep good nurses on. I have lost count on how many different nurses went to work else during my time with them. The very beginning of the process was fine, I called the Co's and Mr. Lu had listened to me and had given me a all the Info. to apply for their Physical Therapy at home since because my chronic & severe back pain and being in a home-bound state... This place only have one person in the whole DFW area . She has canceled,she has been a no show or no call. She thinks everyone is on her time. This place need to hire more people to bath people. Most people get one bath a week. This is ridiculous the way they treat the elderly
