I had given the one star because I needed temporary home health aid to come out to assist with bathing. I did received physical therapy. Which it was good,but I didn't understand why I didn't get the temporary home health aid after my surgery I did requested after being released from the hospital. Which it does says on their website provide home health aid, social work, and was told that they don't do them. DFW Home Health was great to work with. Everyone we dealt with—nurses, therapists, and support staff—was kind, professional, and really seemed to care. Excellent care and communication from nurses and therapists. They always had a worker available after working hours to help answer questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and use their services again
