Good nurses but bad management actions in regards to HIPAA and patient privacy violations.
Don't trust nurses heather or nurse coordinator pratt bad nurse service they have fired good. Nurses for no reason with out proof rehab department needs young ot and pt the one's they have need to retire nurses that come out do a bad job go to a different company
Excellent care and consideration given while my mother was on DFW Home Health services. We appreciate all of the encouragement from Lacy, Nate Kristen and the nursing staff. Well done!
There literally isn't enough words to say how amazing this home health company is . I been through 3 different ones and I will say you can tell the difference between a company that really cares for the patient and one's that don't. Their staff has both patience and compassion for their clients. I just wish I found them sooner. 5 stars for sure!!!
My wife tested Positive for Covid in mid November 2020, spent 10 days in Presbyterian Hospital with Pneumonia and Covid. Upon Discharge, the Discharge Nurse asked which Home Health company we wanted to be referred to. We asked to have the same one recommended by Orthopedic Associates, our Orthopedic Doctors. That began 3 months of Services from DFW HOME HEALTH in Denton County including weekly visits by Leslie Vasquez-RN, Heather Roberts-Occupational Therapist, & Kristi Korando-Physical Therapist.
