Visited DFW Family Clinic today for blood work and a check-up and couldn’t be more impressed. Dr. Shawn Siddiqi specifically was great. Super clean office, friendly staff, and the process was quick and seamless. They took their time answering my questions and made me feel at ease with even next steps. Great family office overall
“I had an appointment for myself and my wife at 4:00 PM yesterday. We arrived early at 3:45 PM to make sure we were on time. Despite having a scheduled appointment, no one acknowledged us, checked us in, or provided any information until 4:40 PM. There was no explanation, no communication, and not even a simple apology. If you had a urine test performed in late September and never received your results, they may have been sent to me. I received lab results and bills from two different labs for a urinalysis ordered by this clinic. I never had a urine sample collected here. It appears my name was placed on another patient’s sample in error. Having this corrected has been a nightmare. The office staff tells me to call the labs. The labs tell me to call my insurance. I love everyone at this facility. They are understanding, and really care about you. The ladies in the office go beyond trying to get you the best care in their office or finding the best care with referrals insuring the Dr takes your insurance. I highly recommend them.
