Very poor administrative service. I’ve been waiting on critical disability paperwork to be sent over since April. Months later, it still hasn't been handled, and every phone call results in another excuse. Highly unreliable and frustrating experience.

Visited DFW Family Clinic today for blood work and a check-up and couldn’t be more impressed. Dr. Shawn Siddiqi specifically was great. Super clean office, friendly staff, and the process was quick and seamless. They took their time answering my questions and made me feel at ease with even next steps. Great family office overall

“I had an appointment for myself and my wife at 4:00 PM yesterday. We arrived early at 3:45 PM to make sure we were on time. Despite having a scheduled appointment, no one acknowledged us, checked us in, or provided any information until 4:40 PM. There was no explanation, no communication, and not even a simple apology. The staff’s attitude was completely indifferent, as if the patients waiting meant nothing to them.
