Bought a car for my stepdaughter in November of 2021. Asked him to check the brakes because they felt mushy. He had his mechanic "look" at them and said they were good, that it was just how that car model's brakes were. 2 months later, the brake pads were metal and had eaten away part of the rotor. Also, we STILL have not received the title or tags. My experience was so great that as long as DFW AUTO PALACE is in business i will not buy another car from another dealership...
Ok first off i haven’t even payed my first note it’s due today my car breaks down on the side of the road .... said i have no fuses he been talking to me crazy like i have no right to be upset I’m a single mother been having problems since i got the car
