I have been going to Dr. Krass since I moved to the area in 2018. However, I just had an unfortunate encounter with his staff over a scheduling issue that has me moving to a new doctor. I called on Wednesday the 16th to try and get an appointment before the end of the month. I was told by the scheduling lady on the phone that they had an opening next Tuesday at 2:00pm and I accepted.
